Our commitment

Edison is proud to provide our tenants with safe, clean, well-managed buildings at affordable rates. Together our residence managers, caretakers, and maintenance department work hard to keep everything operating smoothly and looking great!

As a valued tenant, the information here provides a brief overview of some of the more common items you might want to review. This information and more is included in the welcome package provided to you when you moved in.

On-site management

All of our properties have on-site Residence Managers, whose offices are open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - noon, and 2-5 p.m. An emergency contact number is available for each building, as an easy way for tenants to contact our maintenence personnel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in case of emergencies.

House rules

Upon approval of your rental application you will receive a copy of the House Rules (PDF). These rules and policies ensure we maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our tenants.

Emergencies

Our on-call maintenance personnel are available to tenants around the clock for building emergencies as outlined below. All other non-emergency maintenance issues should be communicated directly to Residence Manager during regular business hours, or alternatively, by using the Maintenance Request Form.

If an emergency service call is made for a non-emergency a fee of $70 may be applied at the discretion of the Operations Manager. In the event of a building emergency call the emergency number for your building.
